With around thirty interviews, we have explored the most relevant topics related to local governments, public transport, shared mobility and MaaS operators. The outcome has shown the following opportunities, in terms of viable partnership agreements and governance of the whole process, the need for better access to physical and digital infrastructures and the requirement for connection with the big public transport operators. Based on these results, we are now organising the thematic working tables.
The listening phase has started
The collaborative process has started, involving and listening to the stakeholders, in order to better understand strenghts and opportunities for the regional project.
